Microsoft is improving it’s already awesome and seamless integration with Dynamics 365

But, now, wait for it…. Microsoft is really upping the Business Apps game with an even tighter integration between their business suite Dynamics 365 and their most popular collaboration tool Teams!
This collaboration can show in a number of different ways from marketing, sales and service. A ‘Marketer’ can create a webinar now in Teams and be able to track the registrations to it within the Dynamics 365 Marketing tools, stream the event with teams and then setup the streaming event directly into the D365 console.
If you are a high level marketer, you can also purchase LinkedIn Sales Navigator and show the LinkedIn data of your contacts within Outlook, but you can now connect extremely specific sales records within Microsoft Teams without ever leaving the Dynamics 365 Sales Suite. You can be in the Sales App and have the ability to deeply understand a contact and that contacts changes that occur in Teams, and then that automatically updates your Dynamics 365 Sales Records.
